I wrote you in April after receiving our new CTS-V through Sterling Cadillac about how pleased we were with the car. I want to again share our fine admiration for this automobile. It is one phenomenal car!!!
My wife and I just completed a two week trip to the North Carolina mountains – a trip I have been anxiously awaiting for over a year once we started seriously considering getting a CTS-V. It was a wonderful experience experiencing this car’s performance in that area. During the trip a concern developed that I chose to seek input from a dealer to check if any concern existed. On-Star sent me to Empire Chevy Buick in Wilkesboro NC – a former Cadillac dealership that On-Star thought still serviced the vehicle. The service manager, Nelson Greer, close to closing on this Saturday afternoon took my car for a test drive, researched GM records to find that a front end brake issue was under review that was being currently addressed by a thorough cleaning of the brake system. He arranged this to be performed that eliminated the concern. My point is even though his dealership was no longer a Cadillac franchise, he made sure my concerns were addressed – and resolved!
So the love affair continues! Let me know if anyone every wants a supportive input on Cadillac’s fine automobiles."

Recently, I had a service appointment and recall work accomplished on my Chevy Cruze. Too often, people tend to complain when something goes wrong but never say good things when things go right. This letter is to thank the Empire service department and in particular Mr. Pete Mesa for their continued excellent service.
Pete is my mechanic of choice and always performs superior service work on my vehicle. Well mannered, courteous and very adept at his job. He always explains what tasks were accomplished and why they are necessary. In addition, Pete seems genuinely interested in the performance of my vehicle. He often asks if it is getting the rated mileage or if there are any noises the are unusual. My vehicle is always left clean a running smoothly.
Yes, I am sure the above description is expected by Chevrolet, but I have rarely found this to be true at other places (even other Chevy Dealers). So, my hat's off and many Kudos to Pete Mesa and the staff at the service department for a job well done all the time.
